Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: During high-volume periods, launches, or global holidays, processing times may experience slight delays. We appreciate your patience as we ensure your beauty products are packed with care.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We proudly offer worldwide shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer the following flat-rate global shipping options:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather conditions, carrier delays, or global logistical disruptions out of our control.

International Shipping, Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Since SkinMaster Global ships worldwide, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

SkinMaster Global is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. All customs duties, taxes, and handling fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Order Tracking

Once your skincare and makeup products have shipped, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will typically become active within 24 to 48 hours.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Orders

Because health and beauty products (like glass serum bottles or pressed powders) can be fragile, we take extra care in packing your order. However, if your order arrives damaged, or if you suspect it has been lost or stolen in transit:

• Damaged Items: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement for you immediately.

• Lost/Stolen Packages: If your tracking shows as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If it cannot be located after 3 business days, contact our support team for assistance.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

SkinMaster Global is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If you realize you have made an error, contact us immediately. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we cannot change the destination address.
